Collaborations

Coming together on and off the bike, collaborations are always a fun way to connect with friends in the industry and highlight what makes us unique.

The Ladds 500 - eighth first annual

The seventh First Annual Bags were such a hit, we had to partner up again! This year, PNX Bags was proud to donate the Best in Show award, and we even had a batch of Limited Edition bags available for sale!

The Ladds 500 is one of my favorite bike events in Portland. Its beautiful stupidity is recognized all across North America, inspiring cyclists everywhere to “do something stupid.”

The ride has definitely evolved from its bike-punk party roots into something more, a day where punks, families, and everyone in between come together just to have some fun. And if anyone starts stressing about “winning” the relay, just remember: Counting is Bullshit.

TEAM cRETINS

Team Cretins is a group of cyclists based in San Diego, California, who have been coming together for well over a decade to support the AIDS/LifeCycle. While the group now has members across the country, their mission remains the same, riding fixed from San Francisco to Los Angeles to fight HIV. I am proud to be a member of this team, and these bags helped me to raise $1,080 for the cause!

Destroy Bikes

Destroy Bikes is a PDX local hand-built bike company specializing in steel frame track bikes. A pillar of the local community, Destroy promotes the inclusion of WTFNB riders in our community and contributes to local organized and street-level events. Their dedication to supporting the community is what attracted this collaboration, and I am honored to have been able to create this bag with them.

The Ladds 500 - Seventh first annual

Working with the 7th First Annual Ladds 500, I contributed bags awarded to best in show featuring their branded patch. This annual ride encourages the community to come out of seasonal hibernation to "do something stupid." The event is a 500-lap relay race around Ladd Circle in Portland. The short circular route helps people ride farther than they thought possible as they are busy having so much fun and partying between laps.
